How do I pay?
Press the button on the plan you want and we’ll send you a payment link. As soon as it’s paid, your plan is switched on, usually within a few hours.
What counts as a chat reply?
Each answer your assistant sends a visitor. Replies are shared across all the assistants on your account and reset on the 1st of each month.
How do voice minutes work?
Visitors talk to your assistant live in the browser, no phone number needed. Minutes are counted from the moment the call connects until it ends.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Your assistant politely tells visitors to use the contact details on your page until the next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free and keeps its assistant, knowledge and leads.
