Turn any browser tab into a lead list

One tool, ten places your next client is hiding

The real bottleneck

Finding clients isn't hard. Doing it every single day is.

Most freelancers know exactly where their buyers are. What kills them is the three hours of tab-switching, copy-pasting and spreadsheet hygiene it takes to turn “I know where they are” into “I sent forty personalised messages.”

Tuesday, the usual way

Forty tabs, one spreadsheet, no replies

  • Scroll Maps, copy a name, alt-tab, paste, repeat — until you stop.
  • Buy a lead list; half the emails bounce and the rest were sold to nine other people.
  • Send the same template to everyone, because writing forty real messages takes all day.
  • Lose track of who you contacted, so you follow up twice or never.
  • A cloud scraper hits a CAPTCHA and hands back an empty CSV.
Tuesday, with ClientFalcon

One pass, scored leads, pitches already written

  • Open the page you were going to browse anyway; the side panel collects as you go.
  • Contacts arrive with emails checked for role, disposable and dead-domain addresses.
  • Every lead lands scored, with the specific weakness that makes it worth pitching.
  • AI writes each pitch against that lead's own signals, in your channel and tone.
  • Status moves itself from New → Contacted → Replied → Won as you work.
How it works

Browse. Collect. Send.

Three steps, and only the first one needs you at the keyboard.

Open the page you already trust

A Maps search for “dentists in Austin”. A Fiverr gig whose reviewers are clearly buying what you sell. A Facebook group, an Instagram hashtag, a subreddit where people are asking for help. Pin the extension and hit start.

Leads land scored and enriched

Names, emails, phones, sites and socials sync to your dashboard as they are found — deduplicated, email-checked, ranked by buying signal, and filed under whichever campaign you're working. Close the panel mid-run; nothing is lost.

Pitch, then watch the pipeline

Generate a message built on that lead's own weak spot, send it from your own inbox or DMs, and let the status advance itself. Follow-up dates surface the leads that have gone quiet before they go cold.

What's inside

A prospecting stack, not another scraper

Collection is the easy half. Everything here exists because a raw CSV of names has never won anyone a contract.

Ten hunters, one inbox

Maps businesses, Fiverr buyers, Facebook pages and group members, Instagram profiles, YouTube creators, Reddit hiring threads, Etsy and Shopify stores, job posts, and a generic scraper for any site with contacts on it.

Scoring that names the problem

Every lead arrives with a 0–100 score and the weaknesses behind it — no mobile site, no email capture, dormant page, thin reviews, missing socials. The score tells you who to contact; the weaknesses tell you what to say.

AI pitches, per lead

Gemini writes each message against that lead's signals in the channel and tone you choose. Bring your own API key if you prefer your own quota.

Emails checked first

Addresses are flagged valid, role-based, disposable or missing a mail server before you spend a send on them — and before your domain pays for it.

Campaigns that stay separate

Run “local dentists” and “SaaS founders” side by side. Pick a campaign and every page in the app filters to it.

A pipeline that maintains itself

Status advances when you hit send, not when you remember to update a sheet. Follow-up dates float the leads that have gone quiet back to the top, won and dead leads drop out of the working view, and notes live on the lead itself. Export the whole thing to CSV or straight into Google Drive whenever you like.

The Chrome extension

It works because it isn't a cloud scraper

Maps, Fiverr and Meta block datacenter traffic on sight — which is why server-side scrapers hand back empty files. ClientFalcon runs in the tab you already have open, in your own session, at human pace, and syncs everything it finds to your account.

  • Lives in the Chrome side panelWatch it work next to the page instead of losing a popup every time you click.
  • Pause and resume any runResults are saved to your account as they land, so closing the panel costs you nothing.
  • Finds buyers behind the reviewsFiverr reviewers are matched to their public LinkedIn, Instagram, X or YouTube profiles so you can reach them off-platform.
  • Reads only what you openNo passwords, no background crawling, no access to sites you never visit.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

Do I need to buy a lead database?

No. ClientFalcon reads the pages you are already allowed to see — a Maps search, a Fiverr gig's reviews, a Facebook group, an Instagram profile — from inside your own browser session, and saves what it finds to your account. There is no stale purchased list, because every lead is collected the moment you look at it.

Why does the scraping run in my browser instead of on your servers?

Because it works, and server-side scraping mostly does not. Google, Fiverr and Meta block datacenter IPs aggressively, so cloud scrapers return empty pages or CAPTCHAs. The Chrome extension runs in the tab you already have open, with your existing session, at the pace a person browses. The dashboard, storage, scoring and AI generation all stay server-side.

What does the lead score actually measure?

Buying signals, not vanity numbers. A business with strong reviews but a broken mobile site, no email capture, or a page that has gone quiet scores high — those are gaps you can be paid to close. Each lead carries the specific weaknesses that produced its score, so you know the angle before you write a word.

Where does the AI pitch come from?

Google's Gemini, called server-side. You pick the channel (email, social DM, Fiverr reply) and tone, describe what you sell once, and each pitch is written against that lead's own signals rather than a mail-merge template. Bring your own Gemini API key in Settings if you'd rather use your own quota.

Can I get my data out?

Always, on every plan including free. Export any view to CSV with one click, or connect Google Drive to have exports land straight in a folder. Your leads are yours; there is no export paywall and no lock-in.

Is the free plan a trial?

It is a real free plan, not a countdown. You get 20 stored leads, the Maps scraper and the Fiverr buyer extractor, with no credit card. Upgrade only when 20 leads stops being enough.
